This site started out as a way to get pictures of my family to people who want them. It has been a labor of love. I enjoy learning about web technologies far more than I like stuffing reprinted pictures into those little plastic sleeves. For that reason, more than any other, I have maintained the site since early 2009, when all the files could fit within the space allotted by my ISP.
Blogging is something new for me; call it a trial hobby. WordPress was recommended to me by a friend sometime in January of 2011. I added it to my website in February of 2011. I only hope, if you’ve stumbled onto the site, you find the article or post you read to be interesting or uplifting. If not, I promise to at least keep the posts short.
One important thing you should know about me is this: I am a Christian. If you are not, you may not like my ideas about life. I’m not telling you not to read them–I think it could prove very worthwhile to you–only that you may get offended. Whether you are offended or encouraged by what you read, please feel free to leave a comment.
My goal is to challenge other believers to greater faith and to challenge myself. I will not add posts every day, at least not consistently. Mostly, I will add a post whenever something stirs me up enough to do so. I will try not to flood this site with drivel. Please do likewise.
